Dr. Rebecca Gehlke earned her Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University and her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. She has taught at the Doctorate and Master’s level in Clinical Psychology and Marital and Therapy programs. Prior to beginning her employment with Perris Union High School District in 2014, Rebecca worked for the County of San Bernardino. Dr. Gehlke served as the Regional Program Director, overseeing 3 clinics at Western Youth Services in Orange County. Dr. Gehlke previously served the Orange County population for 13 years. In July 2008, Dr. Gehlke began her employment with the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health. Dr. Gehlke held the Clinical Supervisor position with Community Crisis Services, where she launched and implemented the Crisis Walk‐In Clinic in Rialto. She has also held the position of Program Manager for the Quality Management Department and currently serves as the Program Manager for Adult Forensics Services, AB 109 Program. For the past 15 years, Dr. Gehlke has worked with serious, persistent mentally ill adults and children in outpatient, educational and crisis settings. Dr. Gehlke previously served in the role of Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) Therapist with Perris Union High School District and continues to strive for ways to improve the lives of persons with mental illness and substance abuse disorders. Currently Dr. Gehlke serves in the role of Coordinator of Mental Health for the Perris Union High School District. She oversees a team of three ERMHS therapists and an At-Risk Counselor. Additionally, Dr. Gehlke oversees and supports students in Non-public schools and Residential Treatment Centers.
