This study explores the low high school completion and low college enrollment of Latino students. The contributing factors to poor educational attainment of ELs will be presented as research findings. The focus of this workshop is to amplify perceptions of 32 participants on college preparedness at the high school level. The absence of a vision for school-wide college preparation reveals implications for school leaders to create a college-going culture.
