Michelle Bracken works as a Program Specialist in the English Learner Programs Department in San Bernardino City Unified School District. She coaches TK-6th grade teachers in meeting the needs of English learner students. In addition, Michelle creates/ provides professional development to administrators, teachers, and support staff. She also leads the district's implementation of TELL (Test of English Language Learning). Michelle has nine years of elementary teaching experience (grades 2nd-5th) in the SEI/Mainstream setting.
